About Us
Established as Furness Property Letting and Management in 1991 the company actually dates back to the early 1900’s and is one of the leading residential letting and property management business in the area. We manage in excess of 400 properties in the Furness District and surrounding area.
The company is currently run by Miss Caroline Metcalfe MARLA - Director with the other partner Mr F T Metcalfe providing an advisory role. Mrs Metcalfe was the sole owner of the company from 1991 to 2003 and still takes an active interest within the company as a consultant. Miss Caroline Metcalfe has achieved the recognised qualification MARLA within the residential lettings and has worked within the company since 1996 the only person in this area with this qualification. All members of staff are trained in all aspects of residential letting and management ensuring you are in safe hands.
