We will provide you with details of the fees required, the money you will require at the commencement  of your tenancy, the details/information you will need to provide and an expected moving in date.

Prior to the commencement of your tenancy you will be able to view the tenancy agreement and inventory in place for the property at the office.

On the commencement date of your tenancy you will sign the agreement, which details your responsibilities. Your deposit will be registered with the Tenants Deposit Scheme and the appropriate safety certificates where applicable, will be registered for all Utilities and Council tax. Finally the keys to the property will be given to you.
